  • 900 g navy beans
  • 400g bacon, roughly chopped
  • Soaking water
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 350 ml Memphis BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Original Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
  • 1/2 cup molasses


  1. In a large bowl, soak the beans in water for a few hours. Add water as needed. Drain and reserve.
  2. In a large saucepan or slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 250F for 8 hours.
