Egg, Bacon & Black Garlic Sriracha Sandwich

The Egg, Bacon and Sriracha Black Garlic Sandwich enhanced with Firebarns x Zac Bulle Mayo combines creamy eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheese and toasted bread for a totally decadent smoky-spicy combo, perfect for brunch or a gourmet lunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into small cubes
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaiseBulle Corner 
  • 2 tbsp black garlic sriracha
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices of orange cheese (cheddar type)
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough, multigrain or brioche, toasted)

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced eggs, green onions, crispy bacon, mayonnaise, and black garlic sriracha. Taste and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Place a slice of cheese on a slice of toast. Add a generous portion of the egg mixture. Top with the other slice of toast.
  4. Serve immediately, or pack for a cold lunch. This sandwich is delicious with a few slices of pickle or a crisp salad on the side.
