Dill Pickle Lobster Rolls

Toasty rolls filled with juicy lobster meat tossed with crispy diced English cucumber and pickles, creamy mayo, a generous dose of fresh dill, green onions, and our signature Dill Pickle sauce that enhances every bite to make these the best lobster rolls ever.

Ingredients

  • 8 small rolls
  • The flesh of 3 lobsters, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup small diced English cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 2 to 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Sauce
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Chives for serving

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Brown the bread on each side in a pan with butter.
  3. Stuff the buns, sprinkle with chives and serve with chips or fries.
