Ingredients. -2 chicken breasts250 ml of milk-1 tsp of chili powder-1 cup of crushed Doritos-1 cup of flour-3 beaten eggsOil for fryingServe with fries and Memphis sauce Cut the chicken breasts to make croquettes. In a bowl, add milk, chili powder and mix in chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. In 3 different bowls, add flour, eggs and crushed Doritos. Individually, dip in flour, eggs and then Doritos. In a deep fryer or skillet, heat to 375F and fry the croquettes in small batches for 4 to 6 minutes depending on the size of your croquettes. Serve with fries and ESPECIALLY dip in the new Memphis sauce.
