Cowboy's B.L.T.

The Cowboy version of a classic BLT enhanced with our Bourbon Bacon BBQ Sauce, Bacon Mayo and Montreal Steak Spices. Made with ground pork, shallot, bacon, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and Monterey Jack cheese, this BLT sandwich is sure to be a hit with the whole family.


  • 400 g minced pork
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. tbsp Bourbon Bacon BBQ sauce
  • 1 French shallot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Montreal steak spice
  • 4 toasted brioche buns
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack Jalapeño cheese
  • Mayo Bacon au go


  1. In a large bowl, combine pork, egg yolk, breadcrumbs, Bourbon Bacon sauce, Montreal Steak Spice and shallot.
  2. Mix well and form 4 balls.
  3. In a pan over high heat, cook the meatballs with a little olive oil or butter. Crush the meatballs well and make sure they are nicely browned on both sides.
  4. Mound the BLT into the brioche buns with lots of Bacon Mayo, Bourbon Bacon pork patty, cheese, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and bacon.
