Enjoy our Grilled Cauliflower, Prosciutto & Parmesan Chips, a tasty and spicy combination. Cauliflower florets are grilled with our Bloody Caesar spices, topped with crispy prosciutto and parmesan shavings. Enhanced with our Original hot sauce, Dijon mustard and maple syrup, this dish is perfect for an appetizer or gourmet side dish. Finish with chopped green onions for a touch of freshness.


  • 1 cauliflower cut into small florets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Bloody Caesar spices
  • 4 slices of Prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup parmesan shavings
  • 1 C. Dijon mustard
  • 1 C. tbsp olive oil
  • 1 C. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. tbsp Original Hot Sauce
  • Chopped green onions for serving


  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the olive oil and Caesar spices with the cauliflower. On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, spread the cauliflower florets. Grill in the oven at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Spread the prosciutto slices on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil and Firebarns Original
  4. Serve the cauliflower, prosciutto, and parmesan with a drizzle of Dijon sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
