Discover our Choco-Vanilla Dessert, a dark chocolate fondant enhanced with Sriracha Firebarns for a spicy touch. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this dessert offers an exquisite blend of warmth and freshness. A bold and delicious treat!


  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 1 C. tbsp Sriracha Firebarns
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of flour
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the chocolate and Sriracha. In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs and flour. Whisk until smooth and incorporate the chocolate mixture (reserve a small part of the mixture to make a coulis when serving) and continue to whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Fill muffin cups halfway with the mixture and bake at 450F for 7 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with a scoop of ice cream and dark chocolate/Sriracha coulis.
