Cajun Corn & Bacon Cheese Dip

A decadent Cajun dip tailor-made to become the star of your next potluck. Prepared with cream, corn, bacon, jalapeno peppers, cream cheese and Tex-Mex enhanced with our Cajun Mardi Gras spices, this is the perfect recipe to impress your guests.


  • 2 x 750 g frozen corn kernels
  • 375 g cooked and roughly chopped bacon
  • 2 seeded jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 packets of 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Tex-Mex cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices


  1. In a large aluminum dish, add the corn, bacon, jalapeno peppers, Tex-Mex cheese and cream.
  2. Mix well, add the 2 packages of cream cheese on top of the mixture and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices.
  3. Place in the smoker (indirect cooking) or in the oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix everything well and sprinkle with green onions and Cajun Mardi Gras spices before serving.
  5. Serve with corn tortillas of your choice.
