  • 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
  • 3 cups farfalle, cooked, drained and tempered
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
  • 5 slices of bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 5 to 6 drops of Original hot sauce
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan
  • Caesar croutons to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil and Cajun Mardi Gras spices.
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the chicken until cooked through and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and serve cold.
  4. Adjust seasonings and sauce as needed.
