Discover our Firebarns Beer Pulled Ham Burger, a fusion of sweet and spicy flavors. Pork shoulder is simmered in beer and our Memphis BBQ sauce, then shredded and served on a pretzel bun. Garnished with Saint-Paulin cheese, bacon, pickles, arugula, and our spicy Sriracha Mayo, this burger is a gourmet and tasty delight.


  • 1.2 kg smoked pork shoulderpicnic
  • 1 can of lager beer 355ml
  • 1 bottle of Memphis BBQ sauce
  • 4 pretzel buns
  • 150 g of Saint-Paulin cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of pickles
  • 2 tbsp. Spicy Sriracha Mayo
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of whole-grain mustard
  • 1 C. tablespoon of honey
  • Arugula salad to garnish


  1. In a large bowl, mix the beer and Memphis BBQ sauce well. In a baking dish or on the BBQ, place the pork and pour the beer and Firebarns Memphis mixture.
  2. In the oven, BBQ or slow cooker, cover with foil and cook at low temperature for 6 to 8 hours until the ham flakes with a fork.
  3. Place the shredded ham on the sliced ​​pretzel bread, add a slice of Saint-Paulin and grill for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is well melted (grill the tops of the bread in the process)
  4. Top the burger with bacon, arugula, pickles, Sriracha Mayo and serve.
