Bourbon Bacon Ribs

Tender as can be, smoked to perfection, and tossed in our Bourbon Bacon BBQ Sauce with a sweet and savory touch of honey, brown sugar, and apple juice. All enhanced with the festive kick of our Cajun Mardi Gras spices. Sticky, flavorful, and just enough heat to make your mouth water and come back for more!

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs (about 1 lb each)
  • 100 g Cajun Mardi Gras seasonings
  • 50 g of brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 50 ml of honey
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 350 ml of Bourbon Bacon BBQ Sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the BBQ to 275°F seasonings on both sides.
  2. Place the ribs directly on the grill and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
  3. Place the ribs separately on heavy-duty aluminum foil, pouring about 1/2 cup of apple juice over each rack.
  4. Add 2 tbsp. butter, 25 g brown sugar, and a generous drizzle of honey to each rib. Seal tightly and place on the BBQ at 275°F for about 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and continue baking directly on the grill at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes.
  6. Brush the racks with Bourbon Bacon BBQ Sauce and continue cooking for about 3 minutes.
