Discover our Firebarns Festive Cheese Ball, a creamy and spicy blend perfect for the holidays. Made with cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, Cajun Mardi Gras spices, and our Bacon hot sauce, this cheese ball is coated with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and crushed Tex-Mex nuts. Served with crackers, it offers an explosion of flavors ideal for your receptions.


  • 500 g tempered cream cheese
  • 250 g cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 C. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
  • 1 C. tbsp Bacon Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Tex-Mex nut mixture
  • Crackers for serving


  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, half the bacon, half the green onions, Cajun spices, Firebarns Bacon and Monterey Jack cheese.
  2. Place the mixture on plastic wrap and close tightly. Shape the mixture into a large ball and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, remaining bacon and remaining green onions. Remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in the nut mixture.
  4. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
