FIREBARNS CHINESE FONDUE BROTH

Discover our Firebarns Chinese Fondue Broth, enhanced by the addition of our tasty BBQ Steak sauce and a touch of Sriracha for a unique taste experience. This refined broth contains red wine, rich and fragrant beef broth, finely chopped shallots and a sachet of onion soup. Perfect for enhancing your fondues with intense and balanced flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 L of beef broth
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Steak sauce
  • 3 tbsp. tbsp Sriracha Firebarns
  • 2 French shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 sachet of onion soup
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, sweat the shallots with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the Firebarns Steak, mix well and continue cooking for one to 2 minutes. Add the beef broth, red wine, water, Sriracha and onion soup packet. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
  2. Transfer to the fondue pot.
