Peach, Proscuitto & Ricotta Bites

Savor refined bites where the sweetness of peaches meets the richness of ricotta and the spiciness of our Firebarns Original sauce and Caesar spices. A perfect marriage of flavors, enhanced by a drizzle of honey and balsamic reduction, on a crispy crouton. Perfect to impress your guests!

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 peaches cut into 6 wedges
  • 12 bread croutons
  • 200 g ricotta
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoon of Bloody Caesar seasonings
  • 3 to 4 drops of Original hot sauce
  • A drizzle of honey
  • A drizzle of balsamic reduction
  • Fresh basil to serve
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the bread slices, 2 tbsp. of Caesar seasonings and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Place the bread slices in an air fryer, conventional oven or BBQ until the croutons are golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Original hot sauce and 2 tbsp. Caesar seasonings.
  4. Wrap a slice of prosciutto on a peach wedge.
  5. Spread the croutons with the ricotta mixture, then add the peach and prosciutto.
  6. Spread on a serving plate or wooden board and drizzle with honey and balsamic reduction.
