Ingredients

  • 1 box of mac and cheese (KD)
  • 7-8 slices of bacon, cooked and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup crushed Flamin' Hot Doritos

Preparation

  1. Prepare the macaroni as directed on the box and add the bacon, Cajun Mardi Gras spices and Cayenne hot sauce.

  4. Mix the Panko with the crushed Flamin' Hot Doritos and dip each piece in the flour, eggs and breading.
  5. Place in the Air Fryer for 10-12 minutes at 390°F or directly in the oil fryer. (Cooking time may vary depending on cooking method.)
  6. Serve with ranch dressing and green onions.
