Bouchées de Crevettes El Paso

Try our El Paso Shrimp Bites, blending spicy wild shrimp with our Tex-Mex spices and Tequila Lime sauce. Served over rich guacamole and cucumber slices, these bites add a burst of freshness and boldness to any occasion.


  • Wild shrimp 340g
  • 1 C. tablespoon of butter
  • 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp El Paso Tex-Mex spice


  • 2 lawyers
  • 1 C. tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 C. tbsp Tequila Lime Hot Sauce
  • 1 C. tbsp El Paso Tex-Mex spices
  • 1 English cucumber cut into rounds of approximately 1 cm
  • Lime wedge, chopped cilantro and jalapeno slices to serve


  1. In a frying pan over high heat, melt the butter with the olive oil. Add El Paso Tex-Mex spices and shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine avocados, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, Tequila Lime hot sauce and El Paso Tex-Mex spices. Mash well with a fork to obtain guacamole.
  3. Add a teaspoon of guacamole to a slice of cucumber and place a shrimp on top. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
