Discover our Firebarns Beef Stroganoff, enhanced with our Ghost hot sauce. Tender pieces of flank steak are simmered with button mushrooms, onion, vodka, and a creamy beef broth and cream sauce. A few drops of our Ghost sauce add a unique spicy touch. Serve with rice or pasta for a comforting dish full of flavor.


  • 400 g flank steak
  • 50ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 500 g button mushrooms
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 oz of vodka
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup of 15% cooking cream
  • 5 to 6 drops of Ghost Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • Serve with rice or pasta


  1. Cut the flank steak into strips of 1 to 2 cm. In a bowl, mix the beef with the Worcestershire sauce, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the strips of beef with a drizzle of olive oil until the strips are nicely browned on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, brown the onions and mushrooms for about 5 minutes, deglaze with the vodka and add the beef, beef broth, Firebarns Ghost and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cream, and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with pasta or rice.

Excellente recette d’automne, crémeux, fond dans la bouche, parfait sur des pâtes larges. C’est pas gênant recevoir avec ça comme on dit! Encore une recette géniale.
