Black Garlic Spicy Red Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • A 500 ml jar of roasted peppers
  • 1 cup curly parsley
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. Black Garlic Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. paprika.

Preparation

  1. Grind the ingredients in a blender and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Serve with steaks, shrimp or grilled chicken.
