COWBOY BUTTER

Add a bold twist to your steaks with our Firebarns Cowboy Butter. This butter infused with our Original hot sauce, Cajun Mardi Gras spices, and fresh herbs offers a perfectly balanced blend of spicy flavors and freshness. Ideal to accompany steaks seasoned with Montreal steak spices, it will transform each bite into a gourmet delight.

Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp. tablespoon of melted and tempered butter
  • 1 C. teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 C. Cajun Mardi Gras spices
  • 1 C. tsp Original Hot Sauce
  • 1 C. teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
  • 1 C. finely chopped thyme

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients. Accompany with Montreal spiced steak or grilled vegetables.
