CAESAR ASPARAGUS
Try this reinvented version of Caesar salad cooked with asparagus since it is a seasonal vegetable. Our Montreal steak spices and hot sauces perfectly enhance this reinvented classic.
Ingredients
- +/- 20 asparagus
- 6 slices cooked and roughly chopped bacon
- 2 tbsp. tbsp Montreal steak spice
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 cup parmesan shavings
- 1/2 cup garlic croutons
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- A few drops of yourFavorite Firebarns Hot Sauce
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, mix the asparagus, olive oil, lemon juice and Montreal steak spices well.
- On the BBQ, sear the asparagus at high temperature and cook indirectly for a few minutes or until cooked.
- On a serving plate, add the asparagus, bacon, parmesan shavings, croutons and Caesar vinaigrette.
- Sprinkle with Montreal steak spice and add a few drops ofhot saucebefore serving.
