Asian Surf & Turf

A mouth-watering surf & turf dish awaits you, featuring juicy ribeye steak and wild shrimp, perfectly topped with our BBQ Steak Sauce and Sriracha for an unparalleled taste experience.


  • 1 ribeye steak, tempered
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 C. tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 C. tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 3 tbsp. tbsp BBQ Steak Sauce
  • 3 to 4 drops of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 300 g wild shrimp from Argentina
  • 2 tbsp. 1 tbsp crushed Sichuan pepper
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 C. tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 C. tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • Serve with an Asian cucumber salad, rice or ramen
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for serving


  1. In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, oil, maple syrup, Sichuan pepper and Sriracha sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Cook the shrimp over high heat in a pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. In a pan over high heat, melt the butter and add the rib-eye steak. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. The cooking time may vary depending on the desired doneness as well as the thickness of the piece.
  4. Remove steak from pan and let rest for 10 minutes.
  5. In the same pan over medium heat, add the ginger and garlic and continue cooking for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add the BBQ Steak sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and Sriracha sauce. Mix well and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  7. Cut the piece of meat about 1 cm wide, return to the pan and coat well with the sauce.
  8. Serve with shrimp and accompaniment of your choice.
