Discover our General Tao Firebarns Chicken Wings, an explosion of sweet and spicy flavors. Marinated in a sauce made from soy, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and our Sriracha Firebarns, these wings are cooked to perfection. Topped with sesame seeds and green onions, they offer an authentic, zesty taste, perfect for a savory appetizer or main course.


  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 C. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 C. finely chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Table of Sriracha Firebarns
  • 2 to 3 drops of sesame oil
  • 1 C. tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for serving
  • Coarsely chopped green onions to serve


  1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the chicken wings and set aside.
  2. On the BBQ (ideally) or in the oven, cook the chicken wings at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the chicken wings to the sauce and mix well.
  3. Increase the heat temperature and return the wings to the BBQ until golden and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions and serve.
