COLONEL BARNEY'S CHICKEN DORITOS
-2 chicken breasts
250 ml of milk
-1 tsp of chili powder
-1 cup of crushed Doritos
-1 cup of flour
-3 beaten eggs
Oil for frying
Serve with fries and Memphis sauce
Cut the chicken breasts to make croquettes. In a bowl, add milk, chili powder and mix in chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
In 3 different bowls, add flour, eggs and crushed Doritos. Individually, dip in flour, eggs and then Doritos.
In a deep fryer or skillet, heat to 375F and fry the croquettes in small batches for 4 to 6 minutes depending on the size of your croquettes.
Serve with fries and ESPECIALLY dip in the new Memphis sauce.
