It is with this beautiful and innovative company from Beauce that we made this beautiful partnership in July 2022. The goal was to create a different fondue recipe from our products. We developed a Cajun style broth called the BAYOU. It's not often that we talk about fondue in the middle of summer but we can confirm that when camping and/or on a terrace dinner in the middle of summer with friends, the idea of fondue works very well. Corn, shrimps, chicken, sausages and even alligator for those who are feeling a little wild.
