1. Organizer

The “Firebarns Football Pool” competition (the “Competition”) is organized by Firebarns (the “Organizer”).

2. Duration

The Contest runs throughout the NFL regular season (Weeks 1-18) , according to the official NFL schedule (the “Contest Period”). The exact dates and eligible games are those posted on the pool platform (the “Site”).

3. Eligibility

Open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (18 or 19 years old).

4. How to participate

a) Create an account on the Site and complete your registration (name, email).

b) No purchase necessary. Limit: one (1) entry per person (same name, same email, same primary IP address). Multiple entries, aliases, and robots are prohibited.

c) Each week, before Thursday 12:00 PM, select the winning team from the posted regular season games. Game picks close exactly at noon on Thursday .

d) Postponed games follow the new date/time set by the NFL. Canceled or officially voided games are not counted .

5. Points system and ranking

• 1 (one) point per correct prediction.
• The cumulative ranking is updated weekly.
• At the end of the Contest Period, the person ranked 1st in the cumulative table will be the sole winner (subject to eligibility verification and tiebreakers below).

6. Tiebreaker

If two or more participants are tied for 1st place at the end of the regular season, the following applies:

1. Drawing among those still tied.

The Organizer may publish in advance, on the Site, which match(es) are considered “featured” and the tiebreaker match week 18.

7. Price

One (1) prize for one (1) single winner :

• “1 Year of Firebarns Sauce” , defined as 12 bottles/month! Value $1000
• A Napoleon Charcoal Pro Series BBQ , ARV ≈ $399 CAD .
• A $250 gift card to Fanatics.ca
  Approximate Total Value (ARV): $1649 CAD.

The prize must be accepted as awarded, non-transferable, and non-cashable . The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any taxes , exceptional delivery charges (if applicable depending on the region) and unspecified incidentals.

8. Designation and verification of the winner

At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizer will verify the eligibility of the 1st ranked entrant (based on tiebreakers, if applicable). The potential winner will be contacted by email. They must, within the specified timeframe, respond , provide the required information, and sign a declaration and release (if requested). Failure to do so may result in the winner being declared forfeited and the Organizer may move on to the next ranked entrant.

9. General Conditions

• By registering, each participant accepts these rules and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final .
• The Organizer may disqualify any person who violates the rules, attempts to cheat, circumvent the limits or disrupts the operation of the Contest.
• The Organizer may modify, suspend or cancel the Contest in whole or in part if an event beyond its control affects its integrity (e.g., breakdown, fraud, force majeure, major changes to the NFL schedule). No liability is assumed in this regard.

10. Limitation of liability

The Organizer, the NFL and its clubs, Napoleon, as well as their affiliated companies and agencies, are not responsible for technical failures , display errors, delays, loss of data, incomplete or illegible entries, nor for injuries, damages or losses of any kind related, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Advertising and communication

By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use his/her name, city of residence, image/photograph for publicity purposes related to the Competition, without further compensation , if permitted by law.

12. Protection of personal information

The personal information collected is used for the purpose of administering the Competition and in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy . Participants may request access to or correction of their information in accordance with the law.
