Raviolis à la Bruschetta Épicée

Spicy Bruschetta Ravioli

Four-cheese ravioli topped with fresh, spicy bruschetta with our Original Hot Sauce. A perfect and original way to serve traditional Italian bruschetta that will delight lovers of cheesy and spicy flavors!

Ingredients

  • 300 g of 4 cheese ravioli (store-bought)
  • 125 g grated cheese (Italiano)
  • Balsamic reduction to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 to 3 basil leaves

Bruschetta

  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 French shallot, finely chopped
  • 12 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Original Hot Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all the bruschetta ingredients and set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions and drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter with the basil leaves and add the ravioli. Cook over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Place the ravioli on 2 plates, add the bruschetta and grated cheese on top of the ravioli and put in the oven at broil for about 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
