Ingredients :

  • 2 Jumbo hotdog sausages
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 hot dog buns
  • 2 slices of orange cheese
  • 100 ml ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Firebarns Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Firebarns Steak Sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 2 dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Burger Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation :

  1. Wrap the sausages with the bacon and bake in the oven at 425°F until the bacon is golden brown. Add the cheese a minute before the end.
  2. Brown the beef and onions in a pan with a little olive oil. Add Firebarns Ketchup and Steak Sauce, mix and let simmer.
  3. Toast the bread with butter in a pan.
