Bacon & Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip

Imagine a mountain of melted Tex-Mex cheese, juicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and a generous dollop of our new Firebarns Creamy Buffalo Sauce, all mixed with cream cheese and a touch of ranch. The result: a decadent dip, spiced just right, perfect for dipping chips, veggies, or fresh bread. Warning: it's addictive!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 packages of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Firebarns Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 200 g of Tex-Mex cheese
  • Baguette, vegetables, or tortilla chip to serve
  • Paprika and dried herbs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F;
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, bacon, Firebarns Buffalo sauce, and Ranch dressing;
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Add the grated cheese on top and bake for about 20-25 minutes;
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and dried herbs and serve with crudités, bread or tortilla chips.
