CARIBBEAN VERRINE

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cup of diced pineapple
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of Caribbean jerk spices
- The juice of half a lime
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp of maple flakes
- 2 shots of rum (To accompany the recipe)

Preparation:
In a bowl, combine pineapple, maple syrup, Caribbean spices and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together whipped cream, yogurt and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Combine pineapple and cream in glass containers, sprinkle with maple flakes and serve with rum shots.
