- 300 g top sirloin of beef
- 1/2 cup Montreal spices
- 10 strawberries, finely diced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp Prosecco
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Sriracha mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Brush the beef with olive oil, in a plate spread the Montreal spices and pass the piece of beef in the spices so that the piece is evenly covered.
In a skillet over high heat, sear the beef with a drizzle of olive oil for about 1 minute on each side. Remove from heat and chill for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, combine strawberries, basil, juice of half a lime and Prosecco.
Using a fork or small blender, combine avocados, juice of half lime and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the beef into 1 cm pieces and serve on top of the avocado purée with the strawberry salsa and a drizzle of Sriracha mayonnaise.
