Ingredients:
350 g. salmon fillet, cut into small cubes
6 to 8 strawberries, finely diced
1/2 diced avocado
1 tbsp. Montreal spices
-1 tbsp. olive oil
-1 green onion, finely chopped
2 basil leaves, finely chopped
-1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
-1 tbsp of Firebarns Sriracha
juice of half a lime
1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Adjust Sriracha as needed.
Serve with microfoam and croutons.
