Ingredients:
- 400g beef top sirloin
- 50g parmesan shavings
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Caesar salad dressing
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons fried capers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Firebarns Bacon
- Crushed Caesar croutons
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil to high and fry the capers for about 4 to 5 minutes. Place on paper towels and set aside;
- Cut the beef into small tartar-like cubes to the size of your choice;
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, green onions, mayo, Caesar sauce, Firebarns bacon, half of the bacon, olive oil. Season with salt and pepper;
- Sprinkle with parmesan shavings, croutons and capers.
