-1 cup cooked and shredded BBQ chicken

-1/2 cup softened cream cheese

1/2 cup grated Tex-Mex cheese

-2 tbsp of Firebarns Bacon

-2 finely chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

10 small tortillas

Ingredients Pico de Gallo :

-1 finely chopped tomato

-1 French shallot, finely chopped

-1/2 finely chopped seedless jalapeño pepper

-1/4 cup chopped cilantro

A drizzle of olive oil

Juice of half a lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients Guacamole

1 avocado

1 tbsp. Firebarns Tequila lime

50 ml of olive oil

juice of half a lime

Salt and pepper to taste


In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, Tex-Mex cheese and Firebarns Bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling on the bottom of the tortilla and roll tightly. Place tortillas seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Place in 425F oven for about 20 minutes or until crisp.

Serve with guacamole and Pico de Gallo.
