-2 Fillet Steaks

200 ml of Firebarns Steak sauce

-1 oz. bourbon

-1/4 cup of olive oil

-2 sliced avocados

-150 g. fresh Mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

-150 g. fresh Mozzarella crumbled

Lime wedges to serve

10 small tortillas


In a ziploc bag combine Firebarns sauce, olive oil, bourbon and steaks. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (ideally 24 hours).

Remove the steaks from the fridge about 30 minutes before cooking. Cook in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil on high heat for about 2 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steaks (it is important to leave at least 10 minutes of rest time before slicing).

Reheat the tortillas in the oven at 400F for a few minutes. Assemble the tacos with a drizzle of Firebarns steak sauce, add the sliced meat, avocado, cilantro and sprinkle with fresh mozzarella.
