Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cubed watermelon
- 10 strawberries cut into 3
- 1 bottle of rosé wine
- 1 cup of pink cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons of Tequila Lime hot sauce
- 3 oz of Tequila
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 bottle of Prosecco
For the glass rim:
- 3 tbsp. El Paso Tex-Mex spices
- 3 tbsp. cane sugar
- juice of one lime
Preparation :
In a large pitcher, place the fruit, then add the wine, cranberry juice, tequila, tequila lime sauce and mint. Mix well and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Dip the rim of the glass into the lime juice followed by the spice mixture. Fill the glass with ice, fill to ¾ with the mixture and finish the cocktail with Prosecco.
