Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 100 g baby spinach
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1/2 pound strawberries, thinly sliced
--Dressing ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Firebarns Tequila Lime
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and set aside to chill;
-Mix romaine lettuce and baby spinach on plates, then add strawberries, avocado and bacon. Pour dressing over to finish.
