Ingredients: 450 g of your choice of pasta, cooked, drained and cooled; 150 g of calabrese salami, coarsely chopped; 125 g of prosciutto, coarsely chopped; 200 g of bocconcini cheese pearls; 1/3 cup of sliced black olives; 2 green onions, finely chopped; Balsamic reduction to serve (optional); Fresh basil (optional); 150 ml of olive oil; 10-12 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped; Juice of a lemon; 25 ml of Original hot sauce; 2 tbsp. of white vinegar; Salt and pepper to taste

An Italian-inspired summer salad recipe prepared with your choice of pasta, calabrese salami, proscuitto, bocconcini cheese, black olives and green onion.

Topped with a homemade vinaigrette seasoned with our Original hot sauce and sun-dried tomatoes.

Leave to rest for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse into the salad.

Add balsamic reduction and fresh basil to taste at the end for even more flavor.

Ingrédients

450 g of your choice of pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
150 g of calabrese salami, coarsely chopped
125 g of prosciutto, coarsely chopped
200 g of bocconcini cheese pearls
1/3 cup of sliced black olives
2 green onions, finely chopped
Balsamic reduction to serve (optional)
Fresh basil (optional)

Vinaigrette ingredients

150 ml of olive oil
10-12 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
Juice of a lemon
25 ml of Original hot sauce
2 tbsp. of white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Préparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with balsamic reduction and basil to taste.

Très rafraîchissant, une excellente salade de pâte. À refaire absolument! Et parfois, j’en mange comme repas sans rien d’autre.
