BACON POTATO SALAD, MONTEREY JACK & MILLER ZOO

-800 g. of baby potatoes cut into quarters
6 slices bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
3/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
-1/2 yellow peppers, finely diced
-1 grey shallot, finely chopped
-2 tbsp. mayonnaise
-2 tbsp. Miller Zoo sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
In a pot of boiling salted water, plunge the potatoes for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
