RAMEN "BIG MAC" FIREBARNS
-400g lean ground pork
-1 tsp ginger
-1 tsp garlic
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp rice vinegar
-Salt and pepper to taste
-500g ramen noodles
-2 fried eggs
-3 tbsp store-bought mayo
-2 tastes sesame oil
-1 tbsp Sriracha Firebarns
-1/2 cup finely chopped Chinese cabbage
Cook Ramen noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Using a cookie cutter, make moulds about 2 centimetres high with the Ramen noodles and set aside in the fridge for 1 hour.
-In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and egg, season with salt and pepper, mix well and shape into hamburger style dumplings.
-In 2 different skillets cook the pork meatballs over medium-high heat until desired doneness and in the other skillet cook with a drizzle of olive oil the ramen meatballs until crispy on both sides.
-In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sesame oil and Firebarns Sriracha and set aside.
-Assemble the burgers with the mayo, Chinese cabbage, meatballs and fried egg.
