-2 chicken breasts
125ml of Firebarns Sud-Ouest
Salt and pepper
Lime wedges to serve
-1/2 cup diced strawberries
1/3 cup diced cherry tomatoes
-1/2 finely chopped seedless jalapeno
-1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
-2 green onions, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Salt and pepper the chicken breasts on both sides. Cook on the BBQ (ideally) or in a pan over medium heat. Cook breasts for about 10 minutes on each side, brushing with Southwestern sauce.
Slice breasts and serve with strawberry salsa. Serve with lime wedges.
