Lobster season is in full swing right now and we have the perfect recipe for leftover lobster dinners or simply cooking it.
A pizza enhanced with pizza sauce spiked with our Tequila Lime Hot Sauce that will create the perfect pairing with the lobster.
Also topped with bacon, avocado, lime slices and enhanced with our Montreal steak seasonings, this pizza is perfect for a great dinner with friends or for the whole family!
The meat of 2 lobsters
Pizza dough ball
4 slices of bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup commercial pizza sauce(Mikes)
50 ml of Tequila Lime Hot Sauce
350 g mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp of Montreal steak seasonings
Chopped chives to serve
Preheat BBQ to 500°F.
On a floured work surface, knead dough to desired thickness.
In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce with the Tequila Lime hot sauce well.
On a non-stick pizza pan, shape the dough and spread the pizza sauce.
Arrange half the lobster and bacon on the pizza and add the cheese.
Add remaining lobster and bacon and sprinkle with Montreal Steak seasonings.
Place the pizza on the BBQ at 500°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
Slice the avocado and place on top of the pizza with the lime slices.
