BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA, MONTEREY JACK AND RANCH SAUCE

Ingredients:

1 ball of pizza dough

4 chicken breasts

1 bottle of Firebarns Buffalo sauce

300g shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Blue cheese (optional)

Ranch Sauce:

-3 tbsp. mayonnaise

-3 tbsp. sour cream

-1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

1 tbsp. finely chopped chives

1 tbsp finely chopped dill

-1 tsp garlic powder

-1 tsp onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

-1 drizzle of olive oil

Preparation:

In a large saucepan, place the chicken breasts and pour in the full bottle of Firebarns Buffalo, cover and place in the oven at 250F for 5 hours.

Shred the chicken and mix well with the sauce, set aside.

On a floured work surface, shape the dough ball into a pizza of desired width and thickness.

Add chicken to dough, followed by Monterey Jack cheese, bake at 425F for 10 to 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the ranch dressing and serve on the pizza to taste.
