- 400 g fondue meat (beef)
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 225 g chopped button mushrooms
- ½ cup Firebarns Steak BBQ sauce
- 4 submarine buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Sunflower sprouts (optional for garnish)


- Preheat oven to 425F;

- In a skillet, sauté onions, bell pepper and mushrooms with a little oil over medium heat about 5 minutes. Add the fondue meat and continue cooking for about 5 minutes;

- Add the Firebarns Steak Sauce, mix well and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes;

- Open the submarine buns, add the provolone cheese and toast for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is a little golden;

- Add the meat to the submarine buns, garnish with some greens and a drizzle of Firebarns Steak sauce.
