Burger ingredients #1 :
350 grams ground turkey
6 small cubes of sharp cheddar cheese
6 tbsp. fruit ketchup
6 brioche buns
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp of Firebarns bacon
-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 cup arugula
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger Preparation #1:
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, Firebarns bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and shape into 6 small patties.
In a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, cook the meatballs for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven and place the meatballs on a baking sheet. Add the cheese cubes on top of the meatballs and bake at 400F for about 5 minutes.
Assemble the mini burgers with the arugula, patty and fruit ketchup.
Burger ingredients #2 :
-1 large turkey breast
-1 cup buttermilk
-2 cups of breadcrumbs
6 slices of cooked bacon
6 brioche buns
-1/2 cup arugula
6 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tbsp. maple syrup
-1 tbsp. Firebarns bacon
Burger preparation #2 :
Cut the turkey breast into 6 pieces, put the pieces in a ziplock bag with the buttermilk. Set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours (12 hours ideally).
Remove the turkey pieces from the bag and toss them in the breadcrumbs, making sure the breadcrumbs cover the entire surface of the turkey.
In a deep fryer or skillet, heat oil to 375F and fry turkey pieces for 5 to 10 minutes depending on size.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup and Firebarns bacon.
Assemble the mini burgers with the mayonnaise, arugula, turkey, bacon and cherry tomatoes on top.
