Burger ingredients #1 :

350 grams ground turkey

6 small cubes of sharp cheddar cheese

6 tbsp. fruit ketchup

6 brioche buns

1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tbsp of Firebarns bacon

-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

-1/2 cup arugula

Salt and pepper to taste

Burger Preparation #1:

In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, Firebarns bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and shape into 6 small patties.

In a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, cook the meatballs for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven and place the meatballs on a baking sheet. Add the cheese cubes on top of the meatballs and bake at 400F for about 5 minutes.

Assemble the mini burgers with the arugula, patty and fruit ketchup.

Burger ingredients #2 :

-1 large turkey breast

-1 cup buttermilk

-2 cups of breadcrumbs

6 slices of cooked bacon

6 brioche buns

-1/2 cup arugula

6 cherry tomatoes

2 tbsp. mayonnaise

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

1 tbsp. maple syrup

-1 tbsp. Firebarns bacon

Burger preparation #2 :

Cut the turkey breast into 6 pieces, put the pieces in a ziplock bag with the buttermilk. Set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours (12 hours ideally).

Remove the turkey pieces from the bag and toss them in the breadcrumbs, making sure the breadcrumbs cover the entire surface of the turkey.

In a deep fryer or skillet, heat oil to 375F and fry turkey pieces for 5 to 10 minutes depending on size.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, maple syrup and Firebarns bacon.

Assemble the mini burgers with the mayonnaise, arugula, turkey, bacon and cherry tomatoes on top.
