GRANDPA BARNEY'S MEAT BUNS

Ingredients:

10 brioche rolls

450g ground beef

450g ground pork

-1 chopped onion

-1/2 cup Firebarns Bourbon bacon

-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

-1/4 cup breadcrumbs

-1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a mixing bowl, combine beef, pork, cinnamon, bread crumbs, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper well.

In a frying pan, brown the meat mixture with a little olive oil until the meat is completely cooked, drain and set aside.

In the same skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions for 2 to 3 minutes, add the meat and Firebarns Bourbon Bacon. Mix well and simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.

Garnish the rolls with the meat mixture and sprinkle with chives.
