LOUISIANA-STYLE JAMBALAYA AND ORIGINAL FIREBARNS

Ingredients:

- 2 diced chicken breasts
- 4 smoked sausages
- 10 large shrimp
- 1 small chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped celery
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Cajun spices
- 1 tbsp Firebarns Original
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50 ml olive oil

Preparation:

- In a large skillet, sauté chicken, sausage with a drizzle of olive oil, about 5 minutes;

- Add onion, celery, bell pepper and cook 5 minutes. Add Cajun spices, rice, Firebarns sauce and chicken broth and bring to a boil;

- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender;

- In another pan, sauté shrimp over high heat for about 5 minutes with a tablespoon of Cajun spices.

- Add shrimp and sprinkle with a little parsley just before serving
