Ingredients:

12 oysters

100g of parmesan cheese

3 slices of bacon, cooked and finely chopped

1/4 cup hollandaise sauce

50g of spinach sautéed in a pan with a dash of olive oil

12 tastes of Firebarns Original

1 cup of sea salt
Preparation:
On a large baking sheet arrange sea salt, add the opened oysters. In each oyster, add 1 teaspoon of hollandaise sauce, 1 taste of Firebarns Original, ½ teaspoon of spinach, 1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese and sprinkle with bacon.
Cook on "broil" for 4 to 5 minutes.
