Ingredients:
25 oysters
7 large strawberries, finely chopped
2 tbsp. coarsely chopped basil
1 tbsp. Firebarns Tequila lime
250 ml sparkling wine or champagne
Preparation:
Combine strawberries, basil, Firebarns Tequila lime and sparkling wine. Open the oysters and serve the mixture as a mignonette.
