340 g. cheese curds
-1/4 cup of flour
-1/4 cup of Firebarns Caesar spices
3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. cracked pepper
1 tbsp. Sriracha Firebarns
Green onions and lime wedges to serve
In a bowl, combine cheese curds and flour. In asecond bowl add eggs (mix well) and in athird bowl combine Caesar spices and breadcrumbs.
Individually, dip the cheese curds into the eggs and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry in oil at 375F until golden brown (about 2 minutes).
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, pepper and Sriracha.
Serve the fried cheese curds with the mayonnaise and sprinkle with green onions and lime wedges.
