Ingredients:
900 g. of navy beans
400 g. coarsely chopped bacon
Water for soaking
6 cups of water
-1 cup of maple syrup
350 ml of Firebarns Memphis
2 tbsp. Firebarns Original
2 tbsp Cajun spices
-1/2 cup molasses
Preparation:
In a large bowl, soak the beans in water for a few hours. Add more water if needed. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan or slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in the oven at 250F for 8 hours.
